Dr. Zanayed was born and raised in Houston, TX where he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston Honors College in Biology. Following graduation, he entered UTHealth School of Dentistry at Houston where he completed a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. During dental school, Dr. Zanayed was elected Student Council President and conducted his research studies on the Role of Cholesterol during Palatal Formation where he presented at the International Association for Dental Research in San Francisco, CA. Dr. Zanayed was awarded the Outstanding Student Leader award from the American College of Dentists a few weeks before graduation. 

His postgrad studies continued with an Advanced Education in Periodontics and Esthetic Implant Dentistry from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. He completed his Advanced Orthodontic Training with the American Orthodontic Society in Tulsa, OK. He continued his postgrad training with the Advanced Dental Implant Research & Education Center where he completed all the requirements for the Master Implant Surgery certificate. He also received his Cosmetic Dentistry training by world famous Dr. Apa in Miami, FL to implement his unique protocol into his cosmetic cases. Dr. Zanayed also received Diamond Dentistry training by "The Father of Diamond Dentistry", Dr. Connelly, in Dallas, TX. Dr. Zanayed is certified in Level 3 IV Sedation and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Dr. Zanayed also completed training and certifications for various BOTOX and diode laser treatments. 

Within 3 years following dental school, Dr. Zanayed was awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a distinction only 6% of Dentists in the USA and Canada are given. 

Dr. Zanayed was also inducted as a Fellow in the International College of Dentists (FICD), a distinction that fewer than 3% of dentists in the US and 2% of dentists in the world have been awarded. The International College of Dentists is one of the oldest and most prestigious honorary dental societies in the world. 

Dr. Zanayed provides various surgical and non-surgical procedures such as veneers, endodontics (root canals), impacted 3rd molar extractions, implant placements, All-on-X surgeries, bone and gum grafts, as well as restorative dentistry to provide comprehensive care to adults and children. 

In his free time, he is an avid marathon runner and competes in full distance Ironman triathlons. 

Dr. Dalia Muayad is a compassionate dentist with a diverse background. Born in Houston and originally from Syria, Dr. Muayad has always considered Texas home. Dr. Muayad earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas A&M University before pursuing her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She then completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at her alma mater, where she refined her expertise in advanced restorative techniques, complex procedures, and patient care—learning from her wonderful mentors.

With a love for all aspects of dentistry, Dr. Muayad is dedicated to continuous learning and growth to provide well-rounded, high-quality care to her patients. She thrives on the challenge of solving dental issues and takes great satisfaction in helping patients leave each visit feeling better and more confident.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Muayad enjoys traveling, photography, discovering new restaurants and coffee shops, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Dr. Maryam Baldawi was raised in Houston, Texas, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Houston and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. 

During dental school, Dr. Baldawi conducted award-winning research on the use of artificial intelligence in dental radiography, earning the prestigious Bouquot Award for Innovation in Dental Research and presenting her findings at international meetings. She further refined her research and clinical skills during a National Institutes of Health internship. She also excelled in multiple leadership roles from American Student Dental Association officer to Regional Representative to the National Student Research Organization. Before graduating, she was awarded the Brian D. Stone Outstanding Student Award.

Dr. Baldawi’s professional interests include cosmetic, restorative, and digital dentistry, with a special passion for integrating AI, 3D printing, and digital workflows to create precise, comfortable, and long-lasting results. She is dedicated to helping each patient achieve a healthy, confident smile through a combination of artistry and cutting-edge technology. Outside the operatory, Dr. Baldawi enjoys Pilates, exploring Houston’s vibrant coffee scene, and discovering the city’s best shawarma spots.
